The conventional definition of work spaces is a relic of the past. Today, it is a co-working desk, a coffee shop where teammates gather to brainstorm, a house party at a colleague’s pad where work is discussed or an offsite. Where does that leave managers in a corporation to deal with harassment of a sexual nature? Springer Nature wanted to raise awareness about this, with a series of workshops. But the task of asking colleagues to register had to be done sensitively.
